How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed Monday-Friday are expected to ship within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product description. Many "pre-order" items will have their own unique shipping time frame, so please be sure to look before you checkout. When you check out with an item on "pre-order" in your cart, the entire order will ship as one cohesive package. If you want an item ready to ship immediately, it is important that you place a separate order from any other items on pre-order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available/for the postal courier to take an arrival scan of the package to update the status.

I live outside of the United States. Can I still place an order?

Currently at this time, we are limited to  U.S domestic orders. If you live outside of the U.S. and want to place an order, please  Contact Us and we can see if an arrangement can be made to accommodate your order. Please note shipping rates may be higher for International purchases. 

Am I able to pick up my order?

We are located in Los Angeles, CA. If you are in the area and want to pick up your order, please Contact Us and we can arrange a pick up and provide a code to enter at checkout to avoid paying for shipping. 

How do I know what size I should buy?

Please refer to our Size Chart for specific measurements for each item. 

If my item does not fit, what's your return policy?

All purchases are Final Sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges. Please be sure to thoroughly review our T-Shirt Size Chart and Hoodie Size Chart before placing an order. 

If I receive my item and it is damaged, what should I do?

If you receive an item with any damage or issues, please Contact Us within 24 hours of the item being delivered.

How to wash and care for my clothes?

The best way to wash cotton is to hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. If you must machine wash, then use the delicate cycle and use cold water. Air drying is best, but if you need to machine dry, use a low heat setting.
